CSK Motions

FFA Series

FFA Series

FFA series CNC ballscrews are high-performance mechanical transmission element, widely used in equipment that requires precise linear motion.

FFA series ball screw can withstand large axial and radial loads and is suitable for heavy-duty applications. Due to its precision manufacturing process, the ball screw has low friction, less energy loss and high transmission efficiency during operation.
The FFA series ballscrews generates low noise during operation and is suitable for applications with high noise requirements.
Reasonable design, easy installation and maintenance, and reduced maintenance costs.

    1. Check the amount of runout of the shaft head
    2. Check the amount of movement of the screw support and the mounting platform
    3. Check the relative amount of movement between the working platform and the nut seat
    4. Check the relative amount of movement between the nut seat and the nut flange

    Quenching

The heated FFA series ballscrew is quickly immersed in a quenching medium (such as oil or water) to cool it quickly.

  • Straightening

Based on the measurement results, adjust the support points or fixed points of the ballscrew to gradually correct its straightness.

  • Finished product inspection

Check the roundness of the ballscrew to ensure that it does not produce significant deviations when rotating.
