FFU Series
The FFU series linear screw is a high-precision, high-efficiency linear transmission element widely used in mechanical engineering, automation equipment and CNC machine tools.
FFU series ball screws are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the surface is precision machined and heat treated to improve hardness and wear resistance.

a. Double nut washer preload principle
Simple structure, easy loading and unloading, high rigidity, reliable operation, and the most widely used. However, it is inconvenient to adjust and cannot be pre-tightened at any time.

It has compact structure, easy adjustment, reliable operation and wide application, but the preload amount is not easy to control.

c. Single nut pre-tightening method
In order to compensate for the gap in the raceway, the size of the ball is appropriately increased during design to make it contact at four points to generate preload. In order to improve working performance, spacer steel balls can be added between the load-bearing balls.

d. Single nut pre-tightening principle
In the middle of the nut, the lead is increased by a preload A to achieve the purpose of pretightening.
